Preferably choose a jelly with whole pieces of red fruit;
Grind the meat;
Mix the meat with all ingredients except the red fruit jelly until well combined;
After the meat is well combined, add the jelly;
Mix quickly and stuff into the lamb casing;
Refrigerate for 24 hours before consumption.
