Preparation > Sausage with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Buffalo Mozzarella

  1. Grind the meat;
  2. Mix the meat with all the ingredients, except the cheese;
  3. Carefully mix in the cheese in pieces so as not to crush it completely, leaving some chunks;
  4. Stuff into natural pork casings;
  5. Let it rest for 12 hours in a refrigerated environment.
