A German sausage containing pork and veal, the latter of which may be substituted with lean beef.

Beef veal 300
Cold Water 100
Salt 18
Ground black pepper 3
Egg white 2
Dehydrated basil 1
Ground nutmeg 1
Powdered ginger 0.5

Preparation > German Bratwurst

  1. Grind the meat two times;
  2. Beat the egg whites;
  3. Add the meats, beaten egg whites, and other seasonings;
  4. Mix well and stuff into natural pork casings in pieces approximately 10cm long;
  5. Keep refrigerated;
  6. Cook before serving.
