  1. Grind the meat;
  2. Mix the meat and all the ingredients;
  3. Add the antioxidant and mix;
  4. Let it rest for 12 hours in a refrigerated environment;
  5. Stuff into 36 mm natural pork casings in 20 cm links;
  6. Let it rest for 12 hours in a refrigerated environment.
