Preparation > Sausage with leek
Chop the meat finely with a knife or grind with 8mm;
In a pan, quickly sauté the leek with olive oil;
Mix all the dry ingredients with the meat;
Add and quickly mix the sautéed garlic;
Place in the pork casing;
Leave at least 2 hours in the fridge before baking;
Bake preferably on the barbecue, away from the flame to avoid bursting.
