- Stuff the sausage into natural pork casings in a horseshoe shape of 30 cm;
- Let rest for 12 hours in a refrigerated environment;
- Cook for approximately 45 minutes in water at 70°C;
- Finish the sausage in the oven, on the grill, or in a frying pan.
