A recipe of Swedish origin, made with beef, pork, and potatoes, this sausage is traditionally consumed at Christmas dinner.

Preparation > Potatis Korv

  1. Cook the peeled potatoes for 5 minutes;
  2. Let cool and grind using a 10mm disc;
  3. Mix the meats, potatoes, and all other ingredients;
  4. Stuff the sausage into natural pork casings in a horseshoe shape of 30 cm;
  5. Let rest for 12 hours in a refrigerated environment;
  6. Cook for approximately 45 minutes in water at 70°C;
  7. Finish the sausage in the oven, on the grill, or in a frying pan.
