Preparation > Blumenau Spreadable Sausage

Grind the meat twice using a fine disc;
Mix all the ingredients;
Stuff into beef casings;
Let it dry for 72 hours;
Cold smoke for 20 hours.
It's a soft sausage to spread on bread, like a pâté.
