Preparation > Rib Sausage with Cassava
Cook the cassava quickly so it doesn't become too soft;
Freeze the cassava;
Cut the meat with a knife or grind to 8mm;
Mix all ingredients, except cassava;
Mix the frozen cassava and mix quickly so as not to crush it;
Place in the pork casing;
Roast on the barbecue.
