Preparation > Cod sausage
Desalt the cod and shred it.
Mix all ingredients, except the bread and olive oil;
Chop the bread and mix with olive oil.
Add all the ingredients and mix until it becomes sticky;
You can add chives and parsley;
Leave it in the fridge for 12 hours;
Place in the casing.
