Veal can be replaced with regular beef

Beat the egg whites;
Add the meat, beaten egg whites and other seasonings;
Mix well and place in natural pork casing, tie every 10cm;
Keep in a refrigerated environment;
Cook before serving.

Preparation suggestion

– 2 to 3 medium-sized onions;
– Two bottles of Munich Dunkel beer;
– Dark Mustard;
- Shoestring potatoes;
- Ketchup;
- A spoon of butter.
- Bread;

Method of preparation:

Put a bottle of munich dunkel in the fridge.
On a barbecue, light it and wait for the embers to get high. If you choose to do it on the stove, no problem, follow the steps below too.
Slice the onion into narrow strips and place in a small pan. Add a tablespoon of butter and a teaspoon of dark mustard and mix well.
Add all the beer (room temperature) and cover, letting it cook for about 30 minutes (if on the stove, leave it on medium heat).
Sometimes stir to keep everything well mixed and uniform.
When the beer has already penetrated the onion, that is, after 30 minutes or so, add the sausages for 5 minutes to cook.
Then place it on the grill or frying pan and let it brown.
In parallel, butter the bread and place it on the grill/frying pan to leave the bread slightly hot and the butter melted.
Assemble the snack with the sausage, add some caramelized onion, throw in some straw potatoes, ketchup and dark mustard.
This recipe makes about 5 well-served sandwiches.
