Preparation > Tilapia sausage
Boneless fish and pork belly ground to 6mm.
Mix the fish, pork and other seasonings well;
Add lemon zest;
Place in natural sheep casing;
Cook for 30 minutes in water at 80°C;
Keep in a refrigerated environment.
