Choripán is a popular street food dish that originated in Argentina and is also enjoyed in other parts of South America, particularly in countries like Uruguay and Chile. The name "choripán" is a combination of two words: "chorizo" (a type of sausage) and "pan" (bread), reflecting the two main components of the dish.
- Sausage for chouripan, sausage with bread;
- Cut the meat with a knife or grind with 8mm;
- Mix all the ingredients well until you get a good consistency;
- Place in pork casing;
- Leave in the fridge for 12 hours;
- Roast on the barbecue and place the cut sausages on the bread;
- Season with chimichurri.
